Gone to Texas Real Estate is a client-focused, rather than agent-focused, brokerage. This means we are service-minded from the first conversation all the way to the closing table and beyond. We get to know the people with whom we work so we can learn how can we best serve them and be their advocate throughout the home-buying process.
Real estate is a trust relationship between the home buyer or seller and their agent and broker. We take this trust seriously and realize that finding a home here is only one leg of the relocation journey. We know that many of our clients are relocating from other areas of the country, and we are honored to be part of this journey to help them find their way home.

We work hard to know our market well so we can identify neighborhoods and areas that are offer the lifestyle and amenities our clients need and desire. This includes the resale market as well as new build communities. We are the boots on the ground as our clients are looking forward to calling Texas home.
We also work with first-time home buyers, empty-nesters who are downsizing, investors looking for properties to bolster their portfolios and new-to-Austin professionals looking to lease. We believe real estate is a relationship business and we aim to foster those relationships with excellent service and effective business decisions for our clients.
We realize the challenges of buying in today's market as we experience high demand and low inventory. We work this market from the perspective of making a solid offer that can win the deal then navigate alongside our clients to closing.

Our power team of professionals has a proven track record working with us on deal after deal, and we are confident in the services they offer. Gone to Texas Real Estate also is committed to serving our community by supporting education and beautification projects. We live here, too, and want Austin and the surrounding communities to thrive. We support education - professional education for ourselves to better serve our clients - and education for the children of our community.
